Cancellation & Rescheduling.
We get it: stuff happens. We all fall victim to unforeseen events, run into daily difficulties, and have sickness enter our lives and homes. Just let us know!
If you need to cancel:
48+ hours in advance
If you need to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, there will be no fee.
24+ hours in advance
If you need to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, there will be a $20 fee.*
Same-Day
If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for half of your scheduled cleaning time.*
*We are happy to make exceptions in emergency situations, or in case of sickness. Please remain in communication with us if you or your household need cancellation accommodations, and we will work with you.
If you need to reschedule:
If you have cancelled your existing appointment following the guidelines above, and would like to reschedule for another day before your next regularly scheduled cleaning, please be aware: we will always do our very best to find you a spot, but our schedule is often full and it may be a minimum of a week before we are able to find you another opening.
